This is an eagerly awaited event which is almost becoming an institution.

On the night members and guests will relive the 2018 National Young Sommeliers Competition held in Adelaide whereby the finalists were asked, inter alia to taste and identify spirits and wines. In addition we will have the splendid Sabrage craziness and a full sit down meal with matching wines. On the night we will have an array of interesting wines.

All proceeds will be directed towards our Young Sommeliers Competition.
