White Rocks veal T-Bone roasted, potato puree, fava & morels mushroom jus or Spiced duck slow roasted, potato blinis, fresh peas & citrus jus. Triple cream with the black truffle, apple & walnut. Poached pear with spices, black currant sauce, leatherwood honey ice cream
